PERSYS 6000

High speed booklet perforation & numbering system

Mühlbauer’s new PERSYS 6000 is a state-of-the-art booklet perforation and numbering system for passports and booklets according to format ID3 (others upon request).

In principle, it is a special configuration of Mühlbauer’s new IDENTIFIER 6000. Thus, it also has a complete new concept, groundbreaking innovations and an updated machine layout.

The PERSYS 6000 is designed to meet highest industrial demands regarding modularity, integrability of process modules as well as latest electronics and software technology.

The machine covers all processes, necessary for high class perforation and numbering requirements.

In addition, the system can also be used for inkjet printing (also impact print with sequent or random numbering possible), chip initialization and/or encoding as well as labeling.

The highlight is the new numbering unit with a unique matrix minting process; a Mühlbauer development, already proven in the card personalization sector. The operator friendliness was enhanced regarding ergonomic design and a new graphical user interface (GUI).

Due to its highly flexible design, Mühlbauer’s PERSYS 6000 can be easily configurated according to customer and project demands as well as extended to a fully automatic passport personalization system, even on-site.
