Mühlbauer’s new IDENTIFIER 6000 is a milestone in the development of high class solutions for state-of-the-art passport/ePassport personalization according to format ID3 (others upon request).

A complete new concept, ground-breaking innovations and an updated machine layout have been realized. The IDENTIFIER 6000 is designed to meet highest industrial demands regarding modularity, integrability of process modules as well as latest electronics and software technology.

The machine covers all processes, known from the IDENTIFIER 5600.

The highlight is the new numbering unit with a unique matrix minting process; a Mühlbauer development, already proven in the card personalization sector.

The operator friendliness was enhanced regarding ergonomic design and a new graphical user interface (GUI).

Due to its highly flexible design, Mühlbauer’s IDENTIFIER 6000 can be easily configurated according to customer and project demands. The system can also be adapted to changing requirements, even on-site.
