The Boschman R2R-3 is a newly developed reel-to-reel stand-alone, fully automatic, multi plunger mold system with electromechanical press, for lead frame tape of 35 mm.
The system is designed for off-line cleaning thereby increasing the productive uptime to the highest level as well as a related machine time for single 35 mm tape is lower than 16 seconds.
