Release of a voting rights announcement according to article 26, section 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act) with the aim of a Europe-wide distribution

On April 29, 2010, Deutsche Bank AG, London, Great Britain, informed us in accordance with Section 21 (1) and Section 24 of the WpHG that the voting rights of its subsidary FRANKFURT-TRUST Invest Luxemburg AG, Luxembourg, in Mühlbauer Holding AG & Co. KGaA exceeded the threshold of 3% on April 27, 2010, and amounted to 3.156% (198,195 voting rights) on this day.
