The CHS 200 is designed for applying of up to 3.500 DOVIDs¹ per hour and other security features and/or signature panels onto ID 1 cards. DOVID¹´s and signature panels can be applied onto the card front and/or back by using two CHS 200 modules which can be connected together (option).
The two systems can work independently from each other or as an inline system. For inline production the card is flipped to its back after the first application station to put a second device (DOVID¹ or signature panel) onto the card´s back. DOVID¹ or signature panel are applied one by one from reel onto the card surface by temperature, time and pressure.
