We deliver reel-to-reel equipment for back-end processes and provide know-how transfer, which is based on our long time experience in developing and constructing automatic turnkey solutions for the Smart Card, Smart Label, Semiconductor Backend and Vision industry. The know-how for the solar absorber material manufacturing stays at customers’ site.
