Thanks to Mühlbauer’s in-house vision capabilities, the vision inspection can be adapted according to individual customer requirements. Standard pick & place as well as flip chip sorting can be realized with high speed and accuracy. The changeover from flip process to non-flip process is facilitated by simply pushing a software button.
