Label converting

Produce wet inlays, smart labels or RFID tickets. No matter if you intend to use transfer glue tapes or are looking for a hot melt application, no matter if you want to manufacture from reel to reel, from reel to single tickets or to Z- folded RFID products; our converting solutions are capable to process all these products in scalable volumes and with perfect quality for best market reputation.

Label inserting

For existing label manufacturers who have the core competence of self-adhesive label production we are offering an insertion line that adheres the RFID inlays in these labels. The label will be lifted off the liner and the RFID inlay will be inserted on the sticky side of the label. Subsequently, the label will be placed back on the liner and tested for RF (radio frequency) functionality.

Label testing

The market requires only best quality to secure best functionality in the application. This quality check will be done again at the end of the manufacturing chain. Each single label will be tested (HF/UHF test and/or optical test) and according to the measurement, the labels can be sorted at the output reel with different classes and reject.
