The IDENTIFIER 50 is Mühlbauer's new inkjet concept for ePassport production on demand (express ePassport) incl. inkjet printing, contactless chip encoding and optical and electric data inspection and verification.

The maximum throughput is up to 80 ePassport per hour.

The data page lamination system DLS 50 is a semiautomatic system for the lamination of a security foil onto the personalized paper data page of a passport. To secure highest quality and repeatability, all necessary process parameters to obtain a reliable application of the foil to the paper are adjustable in a wide range.
